RAKG has an LLB (Honours in Law) degree from the City University of London School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. RAKG has prosecuted and defended a number of complex lawsuits for multiple causes of action ranging from breach of contract to various torts, debtor/creditor and landlord/tenant matters at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Vancouver Registry, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador Trial Division and the Court of Appeal, New York City Civil Court, New York State Supreme Court, the New York State Appellate Division First Department and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
RAKG has also written and prosecuted patent applications in multiple jurisdictions and has successfully received patents for two of his inventions: The Folding Room and an Artificial Tree Convertible into a Coat Hanger, in Canada, Australia and Pakistan.
